Questionnaire
Since we don’t have enough time to do user test before launch, that why this project will put it live then track the result though different method and tools.
This questionnaire was added to “exit popup with extra discount in collection landing / product details page / product in cart / checkout flow”, which means they usually browsed the basic flow from home page to product details page even checkout.
The purpose of this survey was collecting the overall problems that they feel friction in the website.

SMARTLOOK:
is a live recording tools on websites to tracking every event in a video way. With features that allow me to filtering by different behavior like people who visited a specific URL, came from a certain city or on a device. Moreover were using heat map, event statistics & event breakdown to get the view from macro to micro.
What’s next:
This is just the first step after launch, still a lot to go.
After all these problems, I need to prioritize the tasks to tech team. In the mean time, keep tracking different data from GA, Drip, Smartlook to implement the site.
